Our drivers operate high-top vans and mini-buses in a safe, dependable, professional, and timely manner while assisting passengers to various pickup and delivery destinations. Each driver is required to observe state and city speed limits, safety regulations and company customer service and safety policies.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must hold or be able to obtain a current Washington State driver’s
license.
- Must hold a clear driving record for the past three years. You must
submit an original copy of your three year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR),
available from your local Motor Vehicle Licensing Department, with your
application.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual is helpful.
- Must not have been convicted of a felony.
- Must pass a pre-employment alcohol and substance abuse test. Subject
to random, unannounced alcohol and substance abuse testing throughout
employment.
- Good driving knowledge of the greater Puget Sound region highly desirable.

Great Opportunities for Dispatchers!
The dispatcher is the key to ensuring service efficiency and productive transportation scheduling. The dispatch center is the heart of our operations. The dispatcher communicates passenger transportation information to our drivers via two-way radio. They assist drivers in finding pickup and drop off locations and maintain communication with our contracting agencies.
The requirements of this crucial position include:
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Utilize a computer and related software (software familiarity training
provided) in order to perform daily duties
- Ability to read a map (such as Thomas Guide) to assist drivers in
locating unfamiliar addresses. Good area/driving knowledge of metropolitan
Washington areas highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to calmly and respectfully work under high pressure with internal
staff and external clients/agencies
- Must pass a pre-employment alcohol and substance abuse test. Subject to random, unannounced alcohol and substance abuse testing throughout employment.

An aggressive preventive maintenance program plays a vital role in ensuring quality control and fleet and equipment longevity. We follow a preventive maintenance system of progressive mileage inspections and servicing recommended by the manufacturer, including regular inspections of all safety equipment, emergency exits, and wheelchair lift inspections.
All Transpro, Inc. mechanics perform vehicle preventative maintenance services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in such a manner that ensures an adequate number of vehicles are available to perform scheduled transportation service.
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 2 years of previous automotive maintenance experience, preferably
in fleet maintenance.
- Must posses a clear driving record for the past three years. You
must submit an original copy of your three year Motor Vehicle Report
(MVR), available from your local Motor Vehicle Licensing Department,
with your application.
- Possess or be able to obtain a current Washington State driver’s
license.
